Good morning, ladies & gentlemen of the Jury; today I've asked the Judge for more time, because I need to make something perfectly clear, before I continue with Newspaper Lies that may confuse some members of the Jury. We're now going to 2024.

PLAYER 1

I, the defendant Cannabis, has been around as long as mankind has been in existence and during that entire time I've never killed or caused insanity upon anyone and the U.S. Government knows this to be true. I, the defendant now present Exhibit #246 DEA drugs of abuse 2017.

The defense draws the Jury's attention to page #75 in the defense exhibit #246 above - please feel free to scroll the pdf above to page #75. If the Jury will read under the section "What are its overdose effects?" the Jury will read "No deaths from overdose of marijuana have been reported."

PLAYER 3

Marijuana is a slang name the U.S. Government placed upon me to scare humans, after Texas lawmakers misspelled the Mexican word Marihuana as "Marijuana". Don't worry ladies and gentlemen of the Jury, you'll get a chance to see that newspaper article later.

PLAYER 4

There's something else I'd like to show the Jury with permission from the Court. I would like to show the Jury the most up to date findings by the D.E.A., a division of the U.S. Government's Department of Justice.

PLAYER 5

Let's call this Exhibit A, for it came out after the government of Georgia had imprisoned my good friend the Lab Rat; Ironically, for growing me to save his own life naturally & safely and thus the Lab Rat couldn't get this document properly filed with the Court.

Although, there have been an increasing number of emergency room visits involving marijuana edibles."
